Essential Strobing is thin but with a generous release of precious pearls of different grain sizes, carefully mixed with sensory powders for a unique product with a creamy touch. Versatile creation, it can be applied on a base before the powder for a moderate glow effect, directly on the bare skin or on a base for a maximum strobing effect.
