COLD USE: Cold use is ideal for reducing bags, dark circles and useful in reviving the periocular microcirculation. Store eye mask in the freezer for at least 2 hours or chill it in the refrigerator until the desired temperature is achieved. Check to make sure the temperature is suitable before application.
HOT USE: Hot use is ideal for reducing the sensation of tension, struggle and to alleviate problems related to sinusitis or headaches. Microwave for 10 seconds, make sure the temperature is suitable before application, if more heat required, reheat for 5 seconds interval or until safe desired temperature is reached for comfortable application. Before reheating, check if the temperature of any parts of the mask is too high ( normally it occurs at the edge of the mask) and knead the mask to make the temperature even, then rotate 180 degrees of the mask and reheat in the microwave.
CAUTION: Adult use only. Take care when removing from the microwave oven, the eye mask may be very hot. To avoid frostbite or burns, set it aside until it reaches a temperature your skin can tolerate. Apply for not more than 20 minutes at a time with 20 minutes breaks between applications.
DO NOT wear while sleeping. Check skin frequently during use. DO NOT apply on sensitive skin and/or on open wounds. Practice whit caution when using the heated eye mask around eyes or any other sensitive areas. DO NOT use on people unable to follow all use instructions. DO NOT apply hot beads or frozen beads onto your skin directly ( use the plush side). DO NOT overheat. Overheating may cause damage or destruction of this product. DO NOT place extra pressure over the product. DO NOT swallow. Keep out reach of children and pets. DO NOT use if eye mask contents leak and or wrap is damaged or torn. If eye mask contents come in contact with your eyes, remove the wrap, rinse affected area with water and seek professional assistance immediately. Stop use and ask a doctor if pain worsens or persists for more than 7 days, or if you have any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin.
