Beauty tips
Use the applicator to apply to perfectly clean, dry lips. Apply a single thin layer and allow to dry, for a matt-pencil effect. For a full, velvety look, apply a second layer of colour on top of the first. Wait a few minutes for the no-transfer formula to take effect (drying time will vary in accordance with the degree of hydration of your lips and the ambient temperature).
